Michelle Raikuna-Jones is the creator of The Kind-e-play Approach and Director of Kind-e-play Educational Consultancy, bringing together her passion for children's social and emotional wellbeing, storytelling and culturally inclusive practices. She is passionate about helping Educators build warm, inclusive and emotionally aware learning environments that support children's social and emotional wellbeing and sense of belonging.
With a strong background in early childhood education, Michelle specialises in transforming complex developmental concepts into simple, practical strategies that Educators can use every day. Her creative work as an artist, illustrator, animator and designer brings the Kind-e-play Friends to life and shapes the playful, heart-led nature of the approach.
Michelle’s vision is to support Educators with learning that feels warm, achievable and grounded in real-life practice, helping children grow with confidence, connection and a strong sense of belonging.
